What should I do about periodic cleaning? Is it really necessary?

Yes. We can take volume measurements to check the cell volume of your anilox rolls. If loss is excessive, you will need to perform periodic cleaning from time to time, alongside the daily cleaning routine, to normalise the cell volume of your anilox rolls again. You can do this yourself, of course, but Flexoclean’s specialists will also be happy to drop by. We can take care of your tricky in-line cleaning jobs, for example, using the ServiceBus. How will daily cleaning benefit me?
